David Waszak has designed over 70% of the homes we've built. He enjoys the process of getting to know his clients and translating their needs and wants into a functional and beautiful home. He recognizes the innate beauty of useful design and fosters an open relationship with his clients. It is this partnership, based upon honesty and trust, that produces homes that are not only unique to each client, but capture the essence of their personality and style. When the design phase is finished, our clients can take as much credit for the design as we can.
There is a distinct advantage in using a designer who is also the builder. There is no possibility of the execution not meeting the expectation of the design. David and his company understand the specs required for building the home and manage the costs. No one knows your home more intimately than the team that first envisioned it.
Working with David and Waszak Custom Homes is comfortable. If you're interested, give us a call. We'll set up an initial meeting with you and David. You can give him an overview of what you're looking for. If you have a lot, he'll meet you on it. If you don't, we'll help you find one. Then we'll take you on a tour of some of the homes we've built. You can call our clients and ask them about their experience with us. Through this process you'll decide if David is the right one for your project. If he is, we'll start on some preliminary drawings. If he's not the right designer for you, but you think that he might be the right builder for you, that works too! We're happy to join the team as the builder and work with other designers or architects.We keep the process relaxed and enjoyable and don't rush to go to contract. We want to make sure that we're right for you. This is one of the biggest investments you'll ever make, so take your time.
Waszak Custom Homes builds only a few homes a year. We limit the number to allow David the opportunity to continue to work hands-on with his crew. We build with a variety of materials including traditional frame/stucco, adobe and Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) products like Rastra® and PerFormWall®. We build in a variety of prices ranges too, from $200.00 a square foot up.
Waszak Custom Homes has a reputation for building some of Albuquerque's and Santa Fe's most exquisite homes.
